Sometimes in life, you find yourself facing situations, or trying to resolve
issues, that seem too intractable to tackle alone. This can leave you feeling
isolated, anxious, depressed or helpless.
It may be that you are experiencing relationship difficulties or problems
at work. Perhaps you have suffered a bereavement or some other loss or trauma. For
young people, growing up, leaving home and finding a place in society can create
its own pressures. Maybe you have panic attacks, phobias or problems with
eating or sleeping. Or maybe you are just not able to identify what it is
that makes you feel the way you do.
As a BACP accredited and UKRC registered independent counsellor, I am a skilled
listener, trained neither to judge nor advise. By providing an environment
in which there is total privacy, confidentiality and consistency, I offer a
safe place in which you can explore your concerns, with a view to gaining new
insights and finding a way forward.
